I completed my Certificate 3 & 4 Fitness 2012. I’m a big fan of helping people achieve their goals by utilising tried and tested training methods, I can create a routine tailored to your needs!
My favourite class to take is the 6pm Bootcamp on Monday and Friday.

My Interests:
Outside of the gym I’m a massive fan of anything nerdy such as pop culture, movies, tv shows, video games, so I’m always happy to have a chat about that as well if you see me in the gym!

You can identify me as the trainer with smallest calves in the South East Qld
