High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.

Designed for the mature and motivated gym member. Class is either a stretch/yoga stye and inclusive of equipment such as a ball, bands or hand weights all whilst sitting on a chair.

Participants move through a sequence of stations or exercise stations, performing a different exercise at each station for a set amount of time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. The exercises can vary in nature, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and functional movements. The class may utilise various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, and bodyweight exercises.

Abs, Booty and Thighs is a burner. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on toning, shaping and strengthening these muscle groups.

Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.

A great cardio workout using a buoyancy belt in our deep water 50mtr pool. This class will get you fit very quickly. Suitable for all fitness levels. *please no ramp into or out of pool entry, only ladder/stairs.

Similar to Yoga however less intense. We either begin by standing and stay on floor. alternatively use a chair to help assist and accommodate with modifications to suit clients needs.

It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.
