I completed my Cert 4 in 2010 and it’s changed my life for the better.
I am still in the industry I love and have a massive passion for.
I have trained in many different modalities and I just love it all, so my biggest tip is find things you love doing and stay consistent. I have worked at a few fitness centers and even owned my own gym.
My Interests:
I love to travel I have been to many countries and would love to continue exploring the world when I can.
Fun Fact:
I used to drift race cars and I can play the guitar and sing!
